Bible Quizzing
Bible Quizzing is an exciting ministry designed for ages up to 18. Uniquely incorporating the skills of scripture memorization, teamwork, self-discipline, and dedication, it has been a large part of the UPCI youth division for many years.

We offer Home Bible Studies that can be given in the privacy of your own home or at the church, at a time that is convenient for you.  They are designed to take you through the Bible to discover biblical truths and promises for your life.

Ladies Ministry
The focus of the Ladies’ Ministry is meeting the needs of our community through prayer and service. Meetings are held each month with food, fellowship and a devotion.  Throughout the year, the Ladies’ Ministry raises money for Mother’s Memorial, a national ministry that supports children’s homes, missions, and provide scholarships. Each Tuesday at 9am the ladies meet for prayer at the church.

The mission of the Men’s Ministry is to build strong relationships among the men of the church. The men get together for activities throughout the year.

The First United Pentecostal Church of Hurst is actively involved in supporting missionary families throughout the world through prayer and monthly financial support.

Student Ministries
Our Student Ministries is comprised of “The Journey” and "Navigate".  "The Journey" is for youth ages 13 to 18 and "Navigate" is for those ages 18 - 35.  Each has many activities, trips, programs, and weekly classes that provide an opportunity to worship, minister to others, and develop a life-changing relationship with God.

Sunday School
We offer classes for all ages each week, from 10 - 10:50 am.
Children will enjoy stories, puppets, songs, games, and crafts as they learn about Jesus.

Worship & Media Ministry
We have many opportunities in this ministry for people to use their gifts and talents to glorify God. The opportunities range from singing in our choir to assisting with the sound and media presentations.
